easydocketing on your computer.
You install easydocketing on your computer, and the interface opens in the browser. All manual functions can be used without restriction and without a licence; automation (reading correspondence, AI proposals, current calendars) is unlocked with a licence key.

Note on first launch
The packages are not yet registered with Apple and Microsoft as developer software. The operating system therefore displays a warning on first launch, even though the package comes unaltered from us, as the checksum above confirms. This is how you approve the app once; afterwards it starts like any other program.
macOS
- If the message “easydocketing Not Opened” appears, click “Done” and not “Move to Bin”.
- Open System Settings, select “Privacy & Security” and scroll down.
- There you will see that easydocketing was blocked. Click “Open Anyway” and confirm with your password or Touch ID.
- Start easydocketing again and select “Open” in the next dialogue.
If you prefer the Terminal, you can remove the quarantine attribute instead:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/easydocketing.appWindows
- If the blue message “Windows protected your PC” appears when you start the installer, click “More info”.
- Then click “Run anyway”.
- The installation then proceeds as usual.
Requirements
- An up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari).
- For automatic capture: a folder containing correspondence, a Microsoft 365 mailbox or an IMAP mailbox (for example Gmail).
- For AI analysis: your own key for a cloud model (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral) or a local model on your own network (Ollama, LM Studio).
- Internet access for calendar and rule packages. Without a connection, the software continues to calculate with the most recent data.
easydocketing is an aid and does not replace your own docketing control. Every user remains responsible for meeting deadlines; for this reason, no date is adopted without your confirmation, and every deadline shows its legal reference and calculation for review.

Data source, AI analysis, deadline engine and cost forecast are included in the Automated and Corporate plans. On request, you will receive a quotation and a key for the trial period.
